How do I add myself as a Vendor?
As a PRO User, you will be able to add your business as a vendor in the Manage/Add Vendor page
Can I add a client as a Vendor?
Yes. You would add them as a Vendor but they would be required to purchase any one of the Pro plans.
Why aren’t any vendors showing in my Vendors drop down?
Vendors are available by state, based on your business’ state listing in Pillar Five. If you are a client, then contact the service provider who provided you access to Pillar Five.

How long does it take to get a response back from a vendor?
Vendors are independent service providers and we have no control over how long they may take to respond. If one is taking to long, contact one of the several vendors who may be able to assist you with your needs.
A potential client needs help in an area that I am not an expert. How do I connect them with a possible referral partner?
We’ve created an awesome Vendor directory where you can manage the vendors that are displayed to your clients. When a client is in need, they simply click on the vendor to request assistance.
